Booking & Cancellation Policy

We take payment in full at the time of booking.

We refund 75% of bookings if cancelled 90 days before arrival or earlier.

We refund 50% of bookings if cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

Please note, we will not be able to refund your booking if cancelled within 30 days of your arrival.

A damage deposit of £100 will be pre-authorised on your payment card on the day of your arrival and released after departure.
